(Later than) One Month Check Up

As of tomorrow I’ll be having my one month check up! Granted it’s actually my 6 week check up but I’m still excited to see what they say.

Thinking about my journey from start to now, I think it’s safe to say my whole journey has actually been pretty safe and easy. I’m not hoping for any drama, believe me but it’s amazing when I think how straight forward the whole process has been.

No real problems with the surgery, a little eye bogey fun afterwards and very few incidents of dry eye but apart from that I feel like I never wore glasses.

Absolutely crazy considering I had them for 18 years of my life!  The amount I can see now and the things I notice are ridiculous. I notice the slightest dip in someone’s headlights, tiny insects moving, the colour changes in the tv. I may make it sound like I now have superman vision but it honestly feels like it sometimes.

 Best decision I ever made to get it done and I seriously don’t miss wearing my glasses in the slightest. I love my eyes (finally).
